Scheduling Privacy Policy

Ryan McDonald Photography uses its scheduling service to receive photoshoot requests, manage availability, and communicate about photography projects.
Information collected
When you submit a booking request, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, project address, requested date and time, and project details. Please provide only information relevant to your photography inquiry.
How information is used
Booking information is used to review requests, arrange shoots, communicate with clients, prevent scheduling conflicts, and maintain project records.
Google Calendar connection
Ryan McDonald Photography Scheduling connects to the photographer’s Google account with authorization. The connection accesses calendar information to check availability and creates or updates calendar events associated with bookings.
Clients do not need to connect their Google accounts to request a shoot. Private calendar event details are not displayed on the public booking page.
The scheduling system stores booking records and authorization credentials needed to maintain the calendar connection. Google Calendar data is used for scheduling functions, not advertising or training general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and sharing
Booking records are stored in the scheduling system operated by Ryan McDonald Photography. Relevant information is processed through services used to provide scheduling, calendar, hosting, and communication functions, including Google Calendar and, where applicable, Squarespace.
Project details may be shared with assistants or other collaborators when needed to arrange or carry out your shoot.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained as needed to manage inquiries, bookings, client relationships, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your booking information. Some records may need to be retained for contractual, accounting, or legal purposes.
The connected Google account owner can revoke the scheduling application’s access through their Google Account’s third-party connection settings.
